$375-- 2 br/2.5 ba townhouse near Duke West Campus starting in July 2009 (Roommate wanted)

Hi Friends, 

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse at Blue Crest starting in early of this July; it is a ten months lease starting from July 7, 2009 to May 7, 2010, and the lease can be extended if you like. 

The townhouse is located at Blue Crest Lane, a very quiet neighborhood, just off LaSalle Street north of Duke. It is 15 minutes walk to Duke, 5-10 minute walk to nearby shopping complex and food joints (Kroger Supermarket ect.). The townhouse is also on the LaSalle free school bus route: there is a school bus stop carrying people to duke right in front of the house (weekdays until 8pm). It's also within the Safe Ride boundary, so you can also use free Safe ride to go home at late night. 

The townhouse was built in 2003, total sqf is 950. Living Room: 15 x11; Kitchen: 11 x11; Two Bedrooms: 11 x10. There are 2 big bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets, as well as their own private full bathrooms on the second floor. On the first floor there have spacious kitchen and living room (hardwood floor), with free dishwasher, microwave, and washer / dryer. The townhouse also has a third toilet at downstairs. The townhouse is not furnished, but it is convenient to buy second-hand furniture from graduated students who are leaving Durham.

The total rent will be $750 ($375 per person) plus utilities (water, electricity are not included in the rent, the monthly utility is around $75-$160, ($37-$80 per person), depending on the usage) 

I am a male graduate student at Duke, quiet and a non-smoker. I'm looking for a neat, patient, easy-going Duke graduate/postdoc to be my roommate. No smoking, no pet please.  

Quiet people are strongly preferred, people have frequent noisy visitors, people have their boyfriend/girlfriend come over or to stay overnight, and people like loud music or throw parties at home, please do not response to this post. Interested parties please send me an email. Thanks.
