I am a male graduate student at Duke looking for someone to share a townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The renter can privately use a full bathroom adjacent to his/her room. The house is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood that surrounds a small pond. Only 7-10 minutes' drive to East and West campuses of Duke (about 3 miles' distance). Rent covers all utilities, including standard cable and Roadrunner internet service. Please: no smoking indoors, and no pets. I can be flexible on lease terms, but I do need at least 1 month’s notice before you move out. Also, a security deposit of $250 must be paid prior to moving in. Room is available after June 22, 2008.
