CAPS is offering EMOTIONS IN MOTION, a 4-session personal growth workshop that introduces skills and strategies in balancing and using emotions to help you be successful.
The workshop begins on January 29 and will run on Tuesdays from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

A CAPS Personal Growth Workshop
CAPS is offering a 4-session that introduces skills and strategies in balancing and using emotions to help you be successful. Emotions allow us to experience the world fully, have successful, meaningful relationships, and be a complete person. Sometimes, though, they seem to overwhelm us so that it's hard to do what we need to do in academic or social settings. This workshop will focus on ways to create a balance so that small emotional upsets aren't as likely to become overwhelming and to get back on track when they do. We'll also look at ways to use emotional experiences in positive ways so that you feel more satisfied in your work and relationships.
Two workshops will be offered this semester:
- Session 1: Begins January 29
- Session 2: Begins on March 25
Both sessions will run for 4 weeks on Tuesdays from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in room 217 Page Building.
