This spring we are going to hold a weekly meditation group each Thursday during the semester, starting Jan. 15, 5:30-6:15 at CAPS, room 217 Page Bldg. Margaret Maytan, one of the instructors for our Intro. Course will be facilitating.

The class is open to all Duke students. If you've taken one of the intro. meditation classes at CAPS or elsewhere, this will be a great place for you to develop your skills further and get yourself back in the habit of regular meditation practice. If you've never meditated before and are just curious to see what it's about before enrolling in the intro. class, drop in and check it out. You do not have to register; just show-up any Thursday at 5:30!  If you have any questions, contact Margaret W Maytan <mayta001@mc.duke.edu>

Start: 7:07 pm
