I'm a second year divinity student looking for a roommate for my house off of moreene road (about 7 minutes from campus). House is fully furnished except for second bedroom, although there is some room in the living room/dining room because I only use it as a living room. Rent is $400 each and includes the Washer/dryer, utilities will be split and generally come to $40 each for internet and electric. I don't have cable, you'd have to pay if you want it.
