I want somebody to take over my lease starting May 15th (the apartment management will let me out of my lease and you can sign your own). The apartment is a 2BR, 2BA (larger version) in Colonial village at Deerfield (Buck-II).The rent is currently $895/month and includes cable. It is a very safe and quiet apartment complex within 2 miles of Duke. Also the bus picks up right outside the apartment if you want to use it.
