My lease is due on the end of Sept and you can renew it after that. The apt is located in Deerfield community, which is very quiet and safe. 4 mins drive to Duke University and grocery stores. The apt is 789 square feet and you can see the floorplan from the link below. The moving date is flexible but if you can move in before the middle of Jun, that would be better.
