Birthing Center

Has anyone used the Women's Health and Birthing Center in Chapel Hill (or any other outpatient birthing center) under the Duke student plan? Did they pay in-network benefits? Were there many costs that the insurance did not reimburse?

Any other recommendations on where to give birth in and around Duke (especially outside of a hospital setting) would be greatly appreciated.
