I recently had a very bad experience with the Dry Cleaning Station - they tore a tie I brought them and then were unwilling to fix it - really the worst customer service I've ever encountered - does anyone know of any other eco-friendly dry cleaners in the area? Some place that actually cares about its customers?

Koretizing Cleaners on Hillsborough, near the corner of West Knox, is wonderful, family run, and clothes don't come out smelling like chemicals. I even brought my prized Kashmiri rug to them and they did a great job.
