Free Recycling of Computers and Other Electronics!

If you've ever tried to dispose of an old computer in an environmentally-friendly manner, you've likely discovered that it can be extremely inconvenient and costly.  Some computers can be donated, but there are so many people trying to get rid of computers that many places will only accept donations of relatively new computers (with new processors and large memory cards).  I just found a place in North Durham that recycles electronic equipment for FREE if you drop the equipment off at their recycling center.  They will also come and pick up items and then recycle them for $25.  (Note that this is only if the electronic equipment comes from a residential source, they charge their commercial customers.)  A list of items they accept, along with the address and other information, can be found at:
