Recommendation for Will, Power of Attorney, etc

Anybody have any experience with Wills, Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney?

I recently got married, and want to take care fo all the legal stuff...

I am looking for a recommendation on whether I should use computer programs to create these documents or hire a Lawyer...
