The Museum is excited to be hosting Polar-Palooza, a traveling exhibit featuring presentations by ice researchers, geologists, oceanographers, climate scientists, biologists, and Arctic residents. You can volunteer to staff an education station during one of five available shifts. The deadline to sign up for shifts is Friday May 16th at noon. The shifts are:
(A) 8:30-11:30am on Saturday , (B) 11:30am-2:30pm on Saturday , (C) 2:30m-5:30pm on Saturday, (D) 11:30am-2:30pm on Sunday, (E) 2:30pm-5:30pm on Sunday.

Please include a phone number when you sign up! The Museum will expect you to volunteer for the shift you request; if you must cancel, please find a replacement.
Notes:
1) Priority parking for volunteers is in Lot 17 underneath the Museum of History, enter through the Jones Street gate. We will try to carpool to Raleigh.
2) Water bottles only on exhibit floors. Volunteers will have access to hospitality areas for light snacks and beverages.
3) Free lunch coupon for volunteers working two or more shifts.
