Participate in preparing and eating dinner with the fellow students and local residents at the Durham Rescue Mission men’s campus on Saturday, April 25. Practice or pick up some new cooking skills while learning more about the community of Durham. All levels of culinary abilities or are definitely welcome, so come for as long as you can.
The Durham Rescue Mission provides year-long housing and educational or training support for people undergoing a transitional period in their lives, often while overcoming drug and alcohol addiction or domestic abuse. Contribute your help and enthusiasm while enjoying the company and fulfilling meal results!
