The DOUGHMAN is a relay quadrathlon involving 5 of the areas most exciting restaurants and the elements of a traditional triathlon (bike, run, 'swim'). This self-propelled culinary tour of Durham is a lot of fun and 100% of the proceeds will go to a fantastic urban youth leadership program -- the Durham Inner-city Gardeners (DIG, http://www.seedsnc.org/dig.htm).
