Why: "The Dead Sea Scrolls" exhibit will be at the N.C. Museum of Natural
Sciences from June 28, 2008 to December 28, 2008. Twelve Scrolls will
be on display (6 Scrolls per 3-month period) as well as artifacts from
ancient Qumran.

We have been invited to a special orientation from 6–9 p.m. on
Monday, June 23, 2008. Volunteers participating in this orientation
will be invited to a free, exclusive "Press Preview" of the exhibition
on Thursday, June 26 at 10:30 a.m.

If you are interested in volunteering some of your time to help share
this exciting and educational exhibit with visitors to the NC Museum
of Natural Sciences, you MUST attend an orientation session. For
those unable to attend the June 23rd session, another session will be
offered from 5–9 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2008. Due to the
anticipated high level of attendance, the Museum could use lots of
support.
