Why:
Garbologies are an interactive way to highlight what types of materials are recyclable on our campus and to show how well a specific building is recycling. This year we will be removing a days worth of trash (everything thrown into the dumpster) from the Allen Building and sorting it on the West Campus Quad. All the sorted material will be weighed to determine how much of the trash could have been recycled. This event is always entertaining and will be open to the public.
