We are looking for students with:
・Enthusiasm
・Punctuality
・Reliability
・ Friendly, outgoing personality
・Ability to work in a team environment—willingness to follow instructions as well as give and accept feedback
* The following commitments are required of a Graduate/Professional IHOP:
・Introduction Dinner ・ Thursday, April 23rd, 5-6:30 pm @ International House
・Occasional planning meetings and/ or email communication in late spring and summer
・Graduate IHOP training ・ August 13th (all day)
・Graduate/Professional Orientation ・ August 14th (all day)
・Welcome Dinner ・ Monday, August 17th
・Debriefing Dinner ・ Tuesday, August 18th
* The following commitments are required of an Undergraduate IHOP:
・ Introduction Dinner ・ Thursday, April 23rd, 5-6:30 pm @ International House
・Occasional planning meetings and/ or email communication in the summer
・ Undergraduate IHOP training session ・ Saturday, April 25th 9:30-Noon and Sunday, August 16th (all day)
・Undergraduate Orientation ・ Monday, August 17th and Tuesday, August 18th
・Welcome Dinner ・ Monday, August 17th
・Debriefing Dinner ・ Tuesday, August 18th
・Serve as informal resource for international students through their first year at Duke
Again, the deadline is March 6, 2009 (Friday) by 5:00pm!
