these posting should be more clear
After getting to this mixer, much to my dismay, I found out that we had to pay for our drinks. The majority of the people that I spoke to felt the same way. Mixers are supposed to be fun and this put an immediate damper on things. Nowhere did any of the postings I saw for this event even hint at having to pay for drinks.

This is very misleading.
Next time, just let people know what's really up.
