In search of Classic ASP.NET expert for part-time help on book search engine development

This search engine,  TitleSmart.com, is predominantly for the library and bookstore industry and has been in existence for several years.  I am looking to expand it to the consumer side of the market.  Currently it is driven by Classic ASP and I am looking for support to help it expand to the next frontier.
