I'm looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath brick ranch near Duke. The house is in a nice, comfortable neighborhood off Hillandale Road 2 miles north of campus with easy access to I-85 and 147.
The house has full hardwood floors (except the kitchen) and a wonderful, shady, grown-in backyard. Friends call it "cute" and "cozy". Best of all, it comes with a 55-pound, 4 1/2 year old yellow lab.
Your room has a private half bath with bonus 50's color scheme. The house is furnished except your room. We'll split utilities (your share should be around 60/mo).
I'm a 29 year old PhD student. I like outdoorsy stuff, cooking, ultimate frisbee, and the idea of working less than I do. There is no third roommate - the third bedroom is an office / storage room. Another dog could be okay, depending on the dog (and how well they liked each other). Please, no smoking.
