Duke's Chapter of the AFS, strives to educate people about the importance of sustainable

and professional lecture series.

Living Policy Forum

The Living Policy Forum (LPF) is a graduate student organization affiliated with the Sanford
Institute’s Master of Public Policy Program. Our mission is to create a “forum” – a space –
for discussion and learning about the development and delivery of innovative public policy.
We are particularly interested in policy initiatives that cross traditional sector boundaries such
as the academic, nonprofit, business, law, and/or public sectors. We also want to facilitate
opportunities to learn from practitioners in our local community, and to give back through
community service.


Latin@ Graduate Student Association (LGSA)

Universities Allied for Essential Medicines

support for university-centered solutions to the proble of access to medicines. In particular,
we focus on university medical technology licensing policy, neglected disease research
funding, and promoting university research that is access-friendly.
