Hello I am a highly experienced certified yoga and pilates teacher who just moved to Durham. I've just started teaching out of my beautiful home. The idea is to make movement accessible to the community at great prices in a great space. I have experience teaching pre/postnatal woman, athletes, injuries, and special conditions. Sessions are available by appointment. Rates are as follows: $20 for a private. $30 for a duet or trio (you bring the friends). I also am teaching three classes. Class size is small so reserve early. Currently, there is are pilates classes on Mondays at 7 and 10 AM, and a Yoga class Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM. Cost for a class is $8. Please inquire if you are interested. Ashley
